LV Logistics establish hub at Teesside Industrial Estate

Acting on behalf of a private client CPNE have secured the off market letting of a substantial 76,000 sq ft warehouse at Teesside Industrial Estate, Stockton on Tees.

LV Logistics, an international logistics service provider with over 30 branches worldwide have secured a lease on the building as part of their long term expansion plans.

Jonathan Simpson, Director of CPNE, commented “this is a great facility for LV and we are delighted to have secured this letting. We were approached  towards the back of last year by our client who was looking to confidentially dispose of this facility, and within 3 months of agreeing terms the lease was signed in February this year”
