Jonathan Simpson
Director
Jonathan has over 20 years experience in the industrial agency sector, including sales, acquisitions, lettings and sale & leasebacks throughout the North East and Yorkshire.
As a qualified chartered surveyor, BSc (Hons) MRICS, Jonathan provides strategic property advice to occupiers, funds and property companies on all aspects of Industrial and Logistics property.
Jonathan has an in depth knowledge of Teesside’s, Port, Chemical and Oil & Gas sectors having advised a number of corporate occupiers.
Formerly a partner in the Sanderson Weatherall Teesside office, and previously with GVA Grimley in Leeds. Jonathan lives in North Yorkshire, and is a keen sportsman.
Tim Carter
Director
Tim, MSc MRICS, is an expert in both industrial and office agency including lettings, sales & acquisitions with over 17 years’ experience in the Teesside, County Durham and North Yorkshire property market.
His market knowledge extends further to land sales, retail, leisure, development and lease renewal advice. In 2013 and 2016 Tim won the EGI Deal Maker of the year for the entire North East.
Tim has advised on the sales, letting and development of some of Teesside’s highest profile commercial schemes including Falcon Court, Teesdale Business Park, Riverside Park, Teesside Industrial Estate, Preston Farm and Belasis Business Park.
Andrew Wilkinson
Director
Andrew is a qualified chartered surveyor, BSc (Hons) MRICS, with experience in high street retail, shopping centres, district parades and roadside lettings, sales /acquisitions.
He provides strategic property advice on investment sales and acquisitions, predominantly in the North East & Yorkshire.
Over 23 years commercial property experience as a partner at Sanderson Weatherall (formally Sanderson Townend & Gilbert) in Newcastle, Leeds & Teesside, Andrew lives in North Yorkshire and like Jonathan, is a keen sportsman.
