CPNE Secure Triple Warehouse Lettings in the Tees Valley

Connect Property North East have secured three major lettings in the Tees Valley.  Acting on behalf Clearbell at Skippers Lane, Middlesbrough we have secured the lettings of a 50,000 sq ft warehouse to LV Shipping and a further 60,000 sq ft warehouse to Bertchi.
