Connect Property NE help the NHS fight Covid 19

Connect Property North East acting on behalf of  Prospect Estates are delighted to have been able to help the NHS secure a flexible letting that will enable them to serve the Teesside area with the storage of  PPE equipment in the fight against Covid 19. The site located at Canon Park in Middlesbrough was formerly occupied by Barker and Stonehouse.

Jonathan Simpson of CPNE commented, “we are delighted to have been able to help the NHS secure a 30,000 sq ft warehouse in these testing times, the letting is testament to Prospect Estates and their contractor in being able to turnaround a lease, and a basic refurbishment of the building in less than a month to allow the NHS early occupation”

A further 15,000 sq ft on the site has been let to warehousing company Sovereign Supply Chain. The site comprising in total approximately  70,000 sq ft was acquired by Prospect Estates just under 12 months ago and is looking like been fully let by the end of February this year.
