Acting on behalf of a private client connect property north-east have secured the letting of a 13,000 ft.² warehouse to Eco Drill Limited.

The company who are providers of specialist Directional Drilling and Utility Solutions such as auger boring, Pipe Ramming, Trenching and Butt Fusion Welding have relocated to the 13,000 sq ft building on a 1.5 acre site.
