Double Acquisition by Leader Flooring

CPNE have successfully advised two separate clients on the successful disposal of two separate warehouses in Hartlepool and Teesside Industrial Estate, Thornaby.

Leader Floors, one of the UK’s leading online flooring store, have acquired both warehouses as part of their ongoing expansion.

The 7,000 sq ft building on Whitby Street was a former Speedy Hire facility and adjoins Leaders existing warehouse. The second building comprises of a 22,000 sq ft warehouse at Dukesway on Teesside Industrial Estate.
