My Lock Up Drive into Bishop Auckland
North Yorkshire based self storage company “mylockup.com” have acquired new premises in Bishop Auckland as part of their continued expansion plans. The company who have branches in Thirsk, Northallerton and Scarborough have further plans to open this year in Catterick, Blyth, Darlington, Hartlepool and Knaresborough.
Acting on behalf of a private client, Jonathan Simpson of Connect Property North East secured the sale of the 22,000 sq ft facility located at St Helens to the self-storage giant. Phase one of the brand new facility comprises of approximately 10,000 sq ft is now available for occupation with units starting from only 25 sq ft.
