The first phase of Wards Court, Faverdale Business Park, Darlington has now been fully let following practical completion.
The final 10,000 sq ft unit of the first phase has been let to national company Gemini Accident Repairs.
The first phase, in total comprises of 44,000 ft.², with occupiers on the estate including Nylacast, North East Strength Culture, Autoskins, Aura Infection Control, Cockerill Flooring and the Luxury Bed Company.
The landlord, Ward And Sons were represented by Connect Property North East. Jonathan Simpson commented “ We are delighted to have now let the final building following practical completion. The development was speculatively delivered by the developer, and underlines a particularly strong demand for anything new and modern up to 10,000 sq ft in the town.
