Heiniger AG, a manufacturer of animal shearing and clipping equipment have moved its UK distributing facility to a modern 10,000 sq ft facility at Leeming Bar, North Yorkshire.

Acting on behalf of a private client, Jonathan Simpson at Connect Property North East negotiated the transaction.
