Double letting in Billingham

Connect Property North East have secured two lettings at Cowpen Lane Industrial Estate in Billingham.

Acting on behalf of Chancery Gate, CPNE concluded the off market letting of the former 25,000 sq ft DPD warehouse to tanker hire business Door N Boss. This in turn released their 12,000 sq ft building (pictured) owned by In Site Property to be leased and occupied by Buttimer Engineering.

Buttimer Engineering is a diversified engineering business, specialising in bulk materials handling systems and high quality steel fabrication.
