68,000 sq ft let in Middlesbrough

Acting on behalf of Clearbell, CPNE have let 68,000 sq ft to Leader Flooring, one of the UK’s leading online flooring companies in the UK.

The transaction was brokered by Jonathan Simpson who commented “we were instructed to market the building on Skippers Lane, and within weeks we were able to put the unit under offer. We received a number of enquiries for  the building, which characterised not only the strength of the industrial and logistics market, but also its close promptly to the new Teesside Freeport”
