Double letting at Shildon

Acting on behalf of a private client, Connect Property North East have secured two lettings at All Saints Industrial Estate, Shildon.

Unit 7, comprising of 5,618 sq ft has been let to Total Resource (UK) who deliver temporary traffic management solutions across the UK.

Unit 8, comprising of 9,687 sq ft has been let to The Honeyman Group who operate  extensively within the global pharmaceutical, biotec and  medical service sector.
