Acting on behalf of Gressingham, Connect Property North East have secured the disposal of two former warehouse buildings at Brompton on Swale.
The first deal a 6,000 sq warehouse acquired by Richmond Artist Lucy Pittaway to enable their ongoing expansion plans. The acquisition will supplement their existing gallery that is located opposite.
In a further transaction CPNE have secured the “off market” disposal of Gressingham Foods 20,000 sq ft “game facility” to Bremsen Technik UK one of the leading European suppliers of automotive brake friction and related components. The building will no undergo a major overhaul and refurbishment.
