Acting on behalf of a private investor Connect Property North East have completed the sale of a 22,000 sq ft warehouse unit to 4 x 4 Accessories and Tyres at Leeming Bar in North Yorkshire.
The modern warehouse facility previously occupied by City Link will provide expansion space for 4 x 4 who already occupy c.75,000 sq ft on the estate.

The estate has seen a significant expansion over the last few years, with many new and established occupiers taking extra space.

Already at capacity, 4×4 who moved on to the estate from Ripon in 1998 have 7-units spread across 3-acres on the Leeming Bar estate are also commencing Building on the neighbouring Conygarth Business Park where new purpose built warehousing in excess of 20,000 sq.ft is being developed to both increase capacity further and improve efficiency.
