Alanbrooke Industrial Park Aquisition

CPNE have completed the acquisition of 52,551 ft.² of multi-let light industrial space at Alanbrooke Industrial Park near Thirsk. Acting jointly with Naylors Gavin Black, the asset producing approximately £283,000 pax was acquired for £3.6 million for private clients representing a net initial yield of 7.39%.
