Neighbours help out as Jackson Law moves into new Stockton offices

After 20 years at old address, Falcon Court feels like home already for Jacksons

One of the region’s oldest law firms, Jacksons, has moved into its new head office at Falcon Court, Stockton – with a little help from their neighbours.

The award winning firm, which was established in 1876 in Middlesbrough begins a new chapter after spending 20 years’ at Innovation House in Stockton .

The partners at the law firm worked with Teesside commercial property agents, Connect Property North East who assisted in the sale of the former MH Wirth House. CPNE recently sold Varsity House, also on Falcon Court, to Property Consultants Robertson Simpson Ltd, who were in place to advise Jacksons on the fit out of the new office – completing the triangle of three local businesses working together.

Tim Carter at CPNE said, “It’s fantastic that Falcon Court has attracted established and respected professional firms in the area such as Jacksons and Robertson Simpson. Car parking was crucial for Jacksons when deciding upon its new office and the unrestricted car parking provision at Falcon Court proved invaluable. Falcon Court is well located with excellent road links, on site amenities including Greggs, a dentist and a nursery”.

Employing over 70 members of staff, Jacksons offers a wide range of legal services to business and people in the North East including corporate and commercial, commercial property, employment, litigation and private client advice.
