Last Unit at Wynyard Occupied

Acting on behalf of a private landlord CPNE have secured the letting the last remaining unit at Tees Valley Enterprize park, Wynyard. The 15,000 sq ft unit has been let on new lease to tech brand company Aigostar. The company founded in 2009, has experienced 10 years of rapid development and is a leading international tech-brand company in Europe.  The company develops and sells household appliances, office supplies and pet supplies.

The unit is the last to be occupied on the park and reflects the strong logistics and warehousing market we have witnessed in the last 6 months. We understand that part of the companies decision making progress to locate to Wynyard was as a result of the increasing presence that Amazon are having in the North East”
